Working across a broad product range, you'll help ensure product availability for customers nationwide while balancing inventory performance and customer needs. This is an opportunity to move beyond day-to-day replenishment and play a key role in shaping supply decisions across the business. You'll work closely with teams across Merchandising, Sales, Logistics and Warehousing, influencing planning decisions and helping ensure our customers can access the products they need, when they need them. Your work will help ensure farmers, growers and rural communities can access the products they need, while supporting strong inventory performance across our national network. With exposure to a broad range of products, suppliers and stakeholders, you'll enjoy plenty of variety and genuine influence on supply decisions. No two days are quite the same, with seasonal demand patterns, new product introductions and changing market conditions creating plenty of opportunity to solve problems and influence outcomes. This role offers broad exposure across Supply Chain, Merchandising and Sales, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their planning career. Mōhou ake | About you We're looking for an experienced supply chain professional with a strong understanding of inventory management, planning and replenishment processes. You'll be comfortable using data to make decisions, building relationships across the business, and balancing customer service, inventory, and commercial outcomes. You’ll likely bring: Three plus years' of experience in supply planning, inventory management, purchasing, procurement or a related supply chain role Strong analytical skills and confidence working with planning systems and Excel The ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across different teams A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement Experience working with D365, Logility, Power BI or similar planning systems would be advantageous You may currently be working as a Supply Planner, Inventory Planner, Demand Planner, Buyer or Procurement Specialist and be looking for your next challenge.
