We're looking for an experienced HR & HSE Business Partner to join our NZ Leadership Team and help shape a high-performing, safe and engaged workplace. This is a genuine dual-role opportunity for someone who enjoys partnering with leaders on HR matters and compliance, while also driving a strong health and safety culture. What you’ll do Partner with leaders on recruitment, performance, employee relations and workforce planning. Lead the delivery of local Health, Safety and Wellbeing initiatives in line with Group strategy. Coach managers, influence outcomes and support business-wide change. Ensure compliance and best practice in line with relevant policies and legislation. About you This is a true combined role, so you’ll need demonstrable experience across both HR and HSE. Adaptable and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset and an openness to using new technologies and tools to enhance business outcomes. Strong relationship builder who can influence, challenge and support leaders. Practical, hand-on and happy working autonomously. Why GWA?
