Customer Service Representative (3 Hours Every Saturday) We're seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Pukekohe team for 3 hours every Saturday . Working 3 hours each Saturday, you'll be the friendly face of our store, assisting customers with their product and service needs while providing excellent customer service. Whether you're looking to gain valuable retail experience, expand your knowledge of New Zealand's agricultural and horticultural industries, or take your first step towards a career in the rural sector, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow. Duties & Responsibilities: Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services Process sales transactions and product orders Assist customers, colleagues, and suppliers by answering queries and helping to resolve issues Help maintain a tidy, safe, and well presented store environment Skills & Experience: Excellent interpersonal communication skills An interest in and enthusiasm for New Zealand's agricultural and horticultural sectors Previous retail and/or sales experience would be advantageous, along with a strong customer focus Good physical fitness, as some lifting may be required In a competitive agricultural and horticultural market, we stand out for our proud heritage, nationwide reach, deep and longstanding customer relationships, and technical expertise.
