Ministry of Social Development (MSD) is seeking a Senior Claimant Support Specialist for the Duty Team based in Wellington and Auckland. This role supports survivors through Historic claims, providing end-to-end guidance from first contact to claim completion, with a strong emphasis on Te Tiriti o Waitangi and tikanga Māori.
