You can find more about ACC and the work we do at www.acc.co.nz About the role Mō te tūranga mahi As our Quality Development Lead, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening and evolving quality practices across ACC. Working closely with the Practice Manager Quality, delivery teams and technical leaders, you will drive best practice in quality and testing, improve quality maturity, champion continuous improvement initiatives, and support teams to deliver high-quality products and services at pace. This role offers the opportunity to influence quality strategy, build capability across the organisation, and contribute to keeping Kiwis safe at work, at home, and everywhere in between. The appointing salary for this role is $101,287 to $131,077 based on experience. ACC offers a comprehensive benefits package which at present includes an advantageous superannuation scheme (9% contribution) with features like no mandatory employee contribution, optional life and income protection insurance About you Mōu You will bring: Proven experience in quality leadership, testing, quality assurance, or quality practice development. Experience embedding standards, frameworks, processes and continuous improvement initiatives across teams. Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, software development practices and technical delivery environments. Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban and waterfall delivery methodologies. Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence, coach and gain buy-in across all levels. Experience developing reporting, quality metrics, quality health indicators and maturity assessments. Excellent facilitation, communication and presentation skills. A collaborative, proactive and innovative approach with a passion for growing capability and sharing knowledge. Understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its application in the design of policies, systems and processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
