The Role Reporting to the General Manager, the Finance Manager leads the finance function across the group and sits on the Executive Team, while acting as a trusted commercial partner. This role combines critical thinking with strong execution, turning financial information into commercially useful insight while ensuring core finance outputs are delivered accurately, on time and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Deliver accurate, timely management accounts, board reporting and cashflow forecasting Partner with leaders across the business on budgeting, forecasting and performance Provide commercial analysis that sharpens decision-making and challenges assumptions Lead short and long-term cash planning Maintain strong financial controls and the integrity of financial data across the groupLead, coach and develop a team of two Strengthen systems and reporting Key Skills & Experience Required CA qualified; ideally practice trained Retail experience; exposure to manufacturing or product businesses a bonus Strong cashflow, FX and working capital capability in a fast-moving trading environment Confident owning board reporting and presenting to a senior audience Excellent critical thinker with a track record of accurate, on-time delivery Genuinely hands on, and happy to get into the detail What’s In It For You This is a pivotal role and a fantastic opportunity to be part of a much-loved NZ brand, with a team that values ambition, creativity and community.
