Your role is to provide safe, respectful, person-centered support in people’s homes, including being mindful of what matters to them, their culture, values, beliefs, routines, and boundaries. You’ll support tāngata with their individual care needs and daily living activities. No qualifications or prior experience are required. Comprehensive paid training to set you up for your future This role offers flexible hours, plenty of weekend shifts ($1.00 extra per hour), and the chance to gain valuable experience in the health and wellbeing sector. Paid travel time and mileage —When you travel for work, we make sure you’re compensated fairly — including paid travel time and mileage for longer trips.
