This is a hands-on customer-facing sales role where your ability to upsell, influence, and close, will directly impact your earnings. Based at one of our busy branches, you’ll be the face of SIXT-turning every customer interaction into an opportunity to maximise revenue while ensuring an exceptional rental experience. Your key responsibilities will include: Actively selling vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and value-added extras Identifying customer needs and confidently recommending premium solutions Meeting and exceeding individual and branch sales KPIs (walk-up conversion, add-on sales and vehicle upsell) Assisting customers in person, over the phone, and via email Processing reservations, contracts, and payments accurately Working closely with your branch team to deliver seamless, end-to-end service About You: We're looking for someone who's not just great with people—but also driven by results and thrives in a target-driven environment.
