The Warehouse Group is seeking a Service Desk Team Member for our Cambridge store. You will be stationed at the in-store service desk to deliver exceptional customer service, manage enquiries, and assist with returns, exchanges, refunds and transfers. You will also support Loss Prevention and help supervise the Checkout area to ensure smooth, efficient transactions.
