You can find more about ACC and the work we do at www.acc.co.nz About the role Mō te tūranga mahi As Platform Manager, ITOM, you will provide strategic leadership and end-to-end ownership of ACC's ServiceNow IT Operations Management capability. You will be responsible for the performance, governance, roadmap, and continual evolution of the platform, ensuring it delivers meaningful business value and an outstanding user experience. Working closely with senior technology leaders and stakeholders, you will drive proactive service management, operational resilience, automation, monitoring, event management, service mapping, and configuration management outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to influence enterprise-wide technology services that support ACC's mission of keeping Kiwis safe at work, at home, and everywhere in between. About you Significant experience leading ServiceNow ITOM capabilities in a large enterprise environment. Strong expertise across Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Monitoring and CMDB health. Experience developing and delivering platform roadmaps, governance frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and ITIL-based practices, with ITIL 4 desirable. Demonstrated experience working with risk, resilience, security and audit disciplines to ensure compliance and effective controls. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to influence at senior leadership level. Experience managing vendors, delivery partners and cross-functional technical teams. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capability and commercial judgement. Demonstrated application and leadership of Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles in organisational settings. You must hold New Zealand work rights at the time of application.
