About theTeam/Service/ Location In this role, you will: Provideclinical leadership and operational coordination for the CAMHS team, supportingthe delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality mental health services. Maintaina clinical caseload, delivering assessment, treatment, and care coordinationfor tamariki, rangatahi, and their whānau with complex mental health needs. Supportand guide clinicians through clinical supervision, mentoring, coaching, andprofessional development opportunities. Coordinate team activities and resources to ensure timely access to servicesand effective management of service demand. Foster acollaborative, multidisciplinary team environment focused on achieving positiveoutcomes for children, young people, and their families. Promote aculture of continuous learning, clinical excellence, and person andwhānau-centred care. Championequitable health outcomes and support the delivery of culturally responsiveservices About you We're looking for a Registered Mental Health Professional who: Proven clinical experience in child andadolescent mental health services (CAMHS). Strong leadership and team coordination skills, with the ability toinspire and support others. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Sound clinical judgement and decision-making abilities in complexsituations. A commitment to delivering person and whānau-centred care. Experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing clinical staff. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competingpriorities effectively. A proactive approach to quality improvement, service development,and achieving positive outcomes. Cultural competence and a commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi andequitable health outcomes. Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to remain calm underpressure. Registration with an appropriate professional body and a currentAnnual Practising Certificate.
