You'll be a go-to sourcing and volume recruitment specialist to a diverse stakeholder group. Your remit will include end-to-end recruitment of different high-volume roles, partnering with hiring managers to establish bespoke recruitment strategies. The candidate experience will be at the heart of your mahi. As a trusted recruitment partner and first point of contact for hiring managers you'll: Provide support and guidance to hiring managers through best practice selection and interview processes. Manage job postings and advertisements to maximise visibility and engagement. Proactively source and engage with candidates through job boards, social media and talent pooling. Key requirements of the role include: Experience delivering fast-paced end-to-end recruitment solutions across a variety of roles. New Zealand in-house or recruitment agency recruitment experience. Strong customer focus to deliver and exceed expectations at pace. A collaborative style with understanding of how to navigate the mechanics of complex government issues. Good prioritisation and experience managing competing demands. Clear and concise verbal and written communication. You may also have some of the following: Experience recruiting customer-facing roles in New Zealand is highly preferrable. Understanding and appreciation of cross-cultural practices in particular; knowledge of tikanga Māori, and Pacific peoples' culture. Innovative sourcing strategies that get beneath the surface of the open talent market. Experience in using SnapHire. Annual remuneration for this position starts between $77,886 and $86,082 dependant on experience.
