Aquaheat Facility Services is seeking an organised administrator for a site-based role at Victoria University of Wellington's Kelburn Campus, supporting the Trade Services Contract. You will handle daily admin tasks, purchase orders, invoicing, and coordinate maintenance workflow. The role runs Monday to Thursday 7:30am–4:30pm and Friday 7:30am–4:00pm (42 hours/week).
