Watercare in Auckland is seeking a Programme Director to lead a complex, multi-billion-dollar portfolio of water and wastewater infrastructure programmes. You will oversee end-to-end delivery from planning and design through procurement, construction and handover, reporting to the Chief Programme Delivery Officer.
