With a diverserange of over 60 concerts and events throughout the year, as well as inspiringeducational activities, it brings the joy and excitement of orchestral music topeople across Tāmaki Makaurau. We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic sales superstar, with at least five years’ experience in ticketing and event sales, to lead our busy box office team. The Ticketing & Sales Manager plays a vital role in driving effective ticketing and sales processes, supporting marketing initiatives to achieve sales targets and delivering a high level of customer service. To be successful in this role you will need to be highly organised with excellent attention to detail, a good working knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Tessitura (training can be provided), and experience in financial management, reporting and analysis. Familiarity with other ticketing and marketing products and technologies would be beneficial. You will also be great communicator with a proactive attitude and the ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.
