About The Role We are looking for an individual to manage and maintain the process flow for an assigned workstream. In this role, you will collaborate closely with your Team Leader and your team to ensure efficiency in our operations. You will also be responsible for ensuring that processes are completed without interruption and that established guidelines are strictly followed. What You'll Do Process Management and Order Fulfillment: You will follow established routines for timely and accurate order completion, ensuring that online orders are picked correctly and that the quality of fresh food meets our standards. Team Leadership and Supervision: You will lead your team to ensure correct work completion, provide on-the-job training and coaching, and step in as the Acting Store Manager during scheduled shifts. Issue Resolution and Escalation: You will identify and elevate any process-related issues to the Function Lead in a timely manner to facilitate effective resolution. Safety and Wellbeing Advocacy: You will champion a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to safety protocols, reporting hazards, and prioritizing the wellbeing of your team. Collaboration and Communication: You will actively participate in team collaboration and communication initiatives to foster a positive workplace atmosphere. What You’ll Bring Process Excellence and Learning: You will possess a strong ability in process excellence and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning. Collaborative Partnerships: You will excel in building and maintaining effective partnerships with other functions and stakeholders. Effective Team Leadership: You will have experience leading teams, delegating tasks, monitoring progress, providing feedback, and motivating team members. Compliance Expertise and Communication: You will have a strong understanding of compliance within your function and exceptional communication skills to clearly articulate tasks and standards.
