Enable enterprise-wide collaboration, prioritisation and continuous improvement Kōrero Mō Te Tūranga – About The Role We're looking for Ways of Working Coaches to partner with leaders to strengthen how NZ Post sets direction, prioritises work, collaborates and delivers value. Reporting to the Head of Ways of Working, you'll partner with executive Value Stream Leaders, Value Domain Leads, Business Unit Leaders and cross-functional teams to strengthen organisational performance, planning, prioritisation and delivery effectiveness. This influential role combines coaching and facilitation to bring new ways of working to life across the business as you help leaders and teams translate strategy into execution, focus on what matters most and consistently deliver value for our customers and business. Using a systems-thinking approach, you'll leverage data, insights and observation to identify opportunities for improvement, address organisational constraints and enable sustainable change. Working across value streams, platforms, centres of excellence and support functions, you'll help build capability, reduce complexity and embed modern ways of working that improve organisational agility, adaptability and performance, supporting NZ Post's future success. You'll Do That By Partnering with senior leaders and their teams to improve organisational effectiveness, delivery performance and business outcomes Facilitating prioritisation, planning and OKR processes that align effort to strategic objectives Establishing effective planning and performance rhythms that create alignment, accountability and transparency. Identifying and addressing constraints, dependencies and bottlenecks that impact the flow of work and value delivery Coaching leaders and teams to adopt our new ways of working to improve delivering outcomes and collaboration and delivery outcomes Using data and insights to identify practical opportunities that deliver meaningful and measurable improvement Strengthening collaboration across teams, functions and value streams to improve alignment and execution Mōu – About You You'll be an experienced Ways of Working Coach, organisational effectiveness specialist or transformation professional with a passion for helping leaders and teams perform at their best. You bring the credibility and influence to work with senior leaders, navigate complexity and drive meaningful change in environments where collaboration is key. Naturally curious, you enjoy understanding how work gets done, identifying opportunities for improvement and helping others solve problems that matter. You're motivated by finding practical ways to improve outcomes and have a track record of turning ideas into tangible results. You're equally comfortable coaching executives, facilitating critical conversations and using data to identify opportunities for improvement. With strong commercial acumen and a pragmatic approach, you focus on solutions that are practical, sustainable and deliver meaningful outcomes. You'll Combine That With Proven experience coaching leaders and teams to improve organisational performance, delivery effectiveness and ways of working within complex environments Strong executive and senior leadership coaching capability Expertise in systems thinking, modern ways of working, Lean and continuous improvement approaches, with the judgement to apply them pragmatically in different contexts The ability to influence and drive change without formal authority Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills Commercial acumen and a focus on delivering customer and business outcomes Experience improving organisational flow, throughput and delivery effectiveness The ability to use data and insights to inform decisions and drive improvement Ideally, you'll also bring relevant coaching qualifications and experience supporting modern ways of working, organisational transformation, operating model evolution and enterprise-wide change initiatives.
