Technical Sales Specialist – Diagnostics & Life Sciences | New Zealand Location: Auckland preferred | Open to candidates across New Zealand Work Style: Field Based + Work from Home $120K - $130K + Kiwisaver+ $20K Car Allowance + Petrol + 18% Bonus (paid quarterly) Exposure to electrophoresis, immunofixation, IFA and/or ELISA highly regarded Well-established existing client portfolio with a focus on account management, relationship development and some new business growth across the New Zealand market. An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Technical Sales Specialist to join a growing organisation within the diagnostics and life sciences sector. This is an autonomous but also a great support from the team, field-based role where you will take ownership of the New Zealand territory , combining your scientific expertise with commercial capability to grow existing accounts and develop new business. The Role Manage and grow existing customer relationships across New Zealand Identify and develop new business opportunities Manage the full sales cycle from initial opportunity through to implementation Provide technical and scientific support to customers Lead product evaluations, demonstrations, onboarding and go-live activities Build relationships with laboratories, scientists, pathologists and procurement teams Develop territory and account growth strategies Maintain a strong sales pipeline and CRM activity The role is focused on scientific leadership, commercial growth and ownership of the territory. About You Qualification in Medical Laboratory Science, Biochemistry, Life Sciences or related discipline Experience within IVD, medical diagnostics or a related sector Experience selling or supporting specialised diagnostic technologies Exposure to electrophoresis, immunofixation, IFA and/or ELISA highly regarded Strong technical and commercial communication skills Proven sales, account management or business development experience Comfortable working autonomously and travelling across New Zealand Full New Zealand working rights and current driver's licence Why Join?
