\nThis is more than a retail leadership role.
\nAs our Multi-site Branch Manager, you'll lead the Farmlands Tauranga and Te Puna teams while building strong relationships across the local farming and Horticulture community. You'll be responsible for driving store performance, developing your people, and delivering an exceptional experience for our shareholders and customers. Supporting a diverse customer base across sheep and beef, dairy, horticulture and lifestyle farming, you'll play an important role in helping Tauranga and Te Puna's rural sector thrive.
