About the role Identify opportunities for growth and sales within our existing customer base Analyse customer data and trends and deliver opportunities through analysis Develop and build strong business relationships with customers Ensure all technical configurations are optimised and keep customers informed of new technical product availability Confidently presenting to clients both face to face and online Skills and Experience (what makes a great Flightie!) Proven account management or customer relations experience Demonstrated ability to build relationships Proven ability to articulate knowledge about products and services to customers leading to enhanced sales and growth Proficient user of MS products - particularly Excel and Power Point Benefits (why you should join us!)
