The Doctors Sunset seeks a Health Improvement Practitioner to boost access to wellbeing and behavioural health services within a general practice team in Auckland region. You will work with individuals and families to improve mental health and overall wellbeing. You will support development of practice teams, provide consultations and evidence-based interventions, and collaborate with peers to enhance patient care.
