Lion in Auckland is seeking a Customer Service Excellence Representative (internal title: Service Excellence Executive) for a permanent full-time role based at our Fanshawe Street office. The role covers service interactions across phone, email and marketplace. Working Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm, you will follow two shift patterns (9:00am–5:00pm and 10:00am–6:00pm) and support our customers with exceptional service and continuous improvement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
