We're looking for a motivated and organised Wash Bay Supervisor to lead our grooming operations and ensure every vehicle meets our premium standards before it reaches the customer. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll oversee the daily wash bay operation, support your team, and ensure the right car is in the right place at the right time. About the Role As Wash Bay Supervisor, you'll be responsible for ensuring our fleet is maintained to SIXT standards and ready to rent. You'll lead by example, supervise a team of groomers, manage workflow, and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the daily grooming bay operation Ensure vehicles are prepared and ready for rental bookings, walk-ins, and vehicle upgrades Maintain SIXT's premium vehicle presentation and cleanliness standards Train, mentor, and supervise wash bay team members Monitor productivity and ensure staffing levels meet operational requirements Manage vehicle movements and rental return parking logistics Ensure accessories and equipment are correctly fitted to vehicles Monitor damage detection processes and pre-rental vehicle inspections Support a strong health and safety culture across the operation Identify equipment maintenance requirements and elevate where necessary Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment About You We're looking for a proactive leader who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in delivering high standards.
