This role could belocatedat eitherAuckland or Wellingtonoffice At NZTE, our purpose is to grow companies internationally, bigger, better, faster, for the good of New Zealand.We’relooking for a Workflow &Automation Specialist to helpusimprovehowworkgets doneacrossNZTEby designing,supportingand enhancing workflow and automation solutions, with a strong focus on ServiceNowand our grants management platform. Thisrolewouldsuitsomeonewho enjoys solving business problems, improvinguserexperienceandturning stakeholder needs intopractical technology solutions. Whatyou'llbe doing Working as part of our collaborative Digital & Data team,you’llsupportand enhanceour ServiceNow platform and grants management systems, helpingstreamline processes, resolveissuesand deliverpracticalimprovementsthat makework simpler,smarterand more connectedforour people. Key responsibilities include: Configure,developand maintain ServiceNow workflows and platform capabilities. Support NZTE’s grants platform, including workflow improvements, issueresolutionand vendor engagement. Investigate and resolve support tickets, platform issues, integrations,upgradesand testing. Scope, design and implement workflow and automation improvements with input from stakeholders. Ensure platform changes consider security, data quality,riskand user experience. Whatwe'relooking for We’relooking for someonecurious,proactiveandcustomer-focused, with thetechnicalconfidence to workacross platforms and the relationship skills to partner effectivelywith stakeholders,vendorsand teams across NZTE. Ideally,you'llbring: At least 3 years’ experience with ServiceNow in an Administrator, Developer, PlatformSpecialistor similar role. ServiceNow certification, ideally Certified System Administrator, or a willingness to achieve this within your first 12 months at NZTE. Experience configuring,supportingand improving workflow, low-codeor no-code platforms. Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, SaaS applications,integrationsor cloud-based platforms. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving,communicationand stakeholder engagement skills. A continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on creating practical solutions and improving user experience.
