Role Description The Compliance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Auckland. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance policies and procedures that align with legal, regulatory, and industry standards in the security sector. Day-to-day tasks include conducting internal audits, reviewing incident reports, overseeing licensing and certifications, and ensuring adherence to company protocols across all service lines. The Compliance Manager will collaborate with operations and management teams to identify compliance risks, recommend corrective actions, and provide training and guidance on regulatory requirements. The role also involves preparing compliance documentation and reports for leadership and relevant authorities, while contributing to continuous improvement of security and management practices. Qualifications Strong knowledge of compliance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks relevant to security services. Experience in policy development, internal auditing, and process improvement within a regulated industry. Excellent skills in documentation, report writing, and maintaining accurate compliance records. Ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders and deliver training on compliance requirements. Proven capability in problem-solving, decision-making, and handling sensitive information with integrity. Prior experience in the security industry or a related field is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in law, compliance, business, criminology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
