The Role Reporting to the Head of Commercial, this role sits at the heart of the business’s commercial function. Deliver financial modelling, budgeting and pricing strategy, partnering closely with senior leaders to shape strategic direction and drive commercial performance across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Strategic initiatives – Build financial models and provide analysis to evaluate new opportunities, ensuring investments deliver strong returns. Pricing & product value – Support the design and execution of pricing strategies that drive both customer satisfaction and commercial growth. Planning & forecasting – Lead budgeting cycles and maintain long-term financial models to support sustainable business performance. Insights for leadership – Deliver clear, high-quality analysis and reporting that informs Executive and Board-level decisions. Commercial contracts – Provide financial expertise across procurement and negotiations, ensuring sound commercial outcomes. Team contribution – Play an active role in fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture. Key Skills & Experience Required Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or Commerce; CA/CPA/CFA a plus 4+ years’ experience in a commercial or finance business partnering role Demonstrable experience in pricing strategy and business casing Confident presenting to senior management and Exec stakeholders Comfortable working with ambiguity and competing priorities Genuine interest in technology or ecommerce highly regarded What’s In It For You This is a high-visibility opportunity to influence commercial strategy at a senior level, working closely with the Head of Commercial and other business leaders.
