About the role This role plays a key part in the administration and continuous improvement of Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) systems and processes. You will provide coaching, guidance, and practical support to employees and leaders across our sites, helping to foster a safe and compliant working environment. Key responsibilities include developing, reviewing, and maintaining WHS management system documentation, supporting the implementation and ongoing use of WHS software systems, and partnering with stakeholders to drive engagement, compliance, and continuous improvement in health and safety practices. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage WHS training programmes, registrations, and records. Support employees and leaders with WHS advice, guidance, and coaching. Maintain and improve WHS systems, processes, and documentation. Assist with WHS audits, inspections, investigations, and reporting. Support injury management and return-to-work processes. Coordinate WHS committee activities, emergency wardens, first aiders, and permit issuers. Administer and support WHS software systems, ensuring strong user engagement and compliance. Conduct workplace safety inspections and help identify opportunities for improvement. Monitor legislative changes and emerging safety trends. Assist in managing site risks, hazards, and compliance requirements across supply chain operations. What You'll Bring Previous experience in health and safety, compliance, or a related coordination role. Understanding of WHS legislation, compliance requirements, and training programmes. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Confidence building relationships and working with stakeholders at all levels. Experience developing or maintaining policies, procedures, or standard operating procedures.
