Programmed Facility Management is a leading provider of facility maintenance, asset management, engineering, construction and maintenance services. We are seeking motivated and dedicated Cleaners to join our Henderson-based Facility Management team, working full-time hours across the Auckland region. This is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door with a leading organisation, starting in a temporary role with the potential to secure a permanent position after 3 months for the right candidates. These roles will see you cleaning public restrooms, libraries, commercial facilities and community centres across West Auckland and surrounding areas. About The Role Based from our Henderson depot, you'll collect a company vehicle and travel between public bathroom and amenities sites throughout Auckland. You'll play an important role in keeping community facilities clean, safe, and well-maintained for public use. This is a busy, hands-on and physically demanding role. You will be on your feet for most of the shift, working across multiple sites and maintaining high cleaning standards in public-facing facilities. This role is not for everyone. We are looking for candidates who are genuinely committed to full-time employment and prepared for the physical nature of the work. Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential, as only candidates who consistently meet our client's expectations will be considered for ongoing and permanent opportunities. What You'll Need Previous commercial cleaning experience highly regarded Full New Zealand Driver Licence (essential) Good level of fitness and stamina Reliable and punctual attendance Ability to work well within a team Commitment to full-time employment (40 hours per week) Flexibility to work weekends, with our busiest days being Thursday through Sunday Positive attitude and willingness to learn Available Shifts Day Shift (Public Restrooms & Libraries) 40 hours per week Thursday to Sunday plus 2 rostered days Start times between 6:00am and 9:00am Night Shift (Community Centres, Kitchens & Bathrooms) 40 hours per week Thursday to Sunday plus 2 rostered days 6:00pm to 2:30am Why Join Programmed?
