Project Engineer - Site Based

Deliver sustaining capital projects, including equipment replacements, safety upgrades, reliability improvements and compliance works Support major capital projects as they arise Manage projects end to end, from scope and planning through to delivery Work alongside client teams with support from Beca’s wider national capability Build strong, trusted client relationships through consistent, high-quality delivery Work independently in a site-based delivery environment Partner with operational teams and key stakeholders Draw on national project support where needed Requirements Tertiary qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Process Engineering 8+ years’ experience, ideally within industrial brownfield or operational environments Experience managing projects up to $5 million Experience managing scope, programme, cost and risk Ability to work independently in a regional delivery environment Client-focused, practical mindset Strong problem-solving skills Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing end-to-end project delivery within industrial environments, focusing on equipment replacements, safety upgrades, and compliance works.
