ConneXu Whanau is seeking a compassionate Community Facilitator for a Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:00pm role in Cambridge. You will support an autistic young adult with daily activities, personal care, and community access, driving between Cambridge, Hamilton and Te Awamutu. The role requires a Health and Wellbeing Level 4 qualification, a Full NZ driver’s licence, and swimming ability.
