As our Production Manager , you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering photography and video productions that support Kathmandu's brand, marketing, eCommerce and digital objectives. Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing, you'll oversee the entire production process from briefing and planning through to shoot execution, post-production and final asset delivery. You'll work closely with Creative, Marketing, Digital and Product teams while managing relationships with agencies, production partners, photographers, videographers, talent and suppliers. You will: Lead the end-to-end production of photography and video assets across campaigns, eCommerce and digital channels. Develop detailed production plans, timelines, budgets and shoot schedules. Coordinate studio and location shoots, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Manage photographers, videographers, stylists, talent, production crews and agency partners. Oversee production budgets and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and value. Negotiate supplier rates and manage contracts with external partners. Coordinate post-production workflows, including retouching, editing, approvals and asset delivery. Partner with Creative, Marketing, Digital and Product teams to bring campaigns and content strategies to life. Lead project intake and consultation processes, translating business requests into actionable production plans. Ensure digital assets are organised, accessible and effectively managed across systems. Act as the key production contact for eCommerce photography requirements. Champion innovative production approaches and stay current with emerging industry trends and technologies. What We’re Looking For… You’ll thrive in this role if you: Have 5+ years' experience in photography, film, content production or a similar production management role. Have proven experience delivering commercial photo and video production projects from briefing through to activation. Are highly organised with exceptional project management and planning skills. Bring strong budget management and supplier negotiation experience. Have experience managing multiple stakeholders and balancing competing priorities. Possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Have experience working across marketing, brand, digital or eCommerce environments. Have knowledge of digital asset management systems and production workflows. Are proficient in Excel and familiar with Adobe Creative Suite. Are solutions-focused, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Enjoy collaborating with both internal teams and external creative partners. Experience within retail, outdoor, apparel or lifestyle brands will be highly regarded.
