As Unit Operations Manager , you'll lead the delivery of catering and associated services at Kristin School , overseeing day-to-day operations alongside a varied programme of functions and events. The opportunity You'll be responsible for ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard, while building strong relationships with the client and leading a high-performing team. Key responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily catering operations across multiple service points. Plan and deliver functions, events and special occasions. Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Manage budgets, labour, stock and operational costs. Lead, coach and develop the team. Champion health, safety, food safety and environmental standards. About you We're looking for an experienced operational leader who brings: Experience managing catering, hospitality or similar operations. Strong experience coordinating functions and events. Proven people leadership and team development skills. Sound commercial and budget management capability. Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
