As deputy principal (curriculum), you will play a key role in leading teaching and learning across the school, working collaboratively with staff, students, whānau, iwi, and the wider community to achieve excellent outcomes for all learners. The successful applicant will: Lead the ongoing development and implementation of a responsive, future-focused curriculum. Support teacher growth through coaching, mentoring, and professional learning. Oversee assessment, achievement monitoring, and reporting processes. Manage the College's Alternative Education provision, ensuring positive pathways and outcomes for students. Work collaboratively with the Principal and Senior Leadership Team to achieve strategic goals. Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and learner success. Build strong partnerships with whānau, iwi, and the wider community.
