Responsibilities Safely drive passengers to designated locations, adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols Provide informative and engaging commentary on local history, landmarks, and points of interest Maintain a high standard of vehicle cleanliness and ensure regular maintenance checks are performed Respond to passenger inquiries and provide excellent customer service Address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the journey Adhere to company policies and procedures Requirements Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and entertain passengers. Strong knowledge of the local area, including historical and cultural information. Ability to handle unexpected situations and provide excellent customer service. Previous experience as a tour guide or in a similar customer-facing role. Excellent hourly rate $35 - $38 per hour. Fixed term and casual postions available Start date: 5th October 2026 through to 30th April 2027 this could extend A dynamic and supportive work environment.
