Arvida Bethlehem is seeking a confident Barista/Cafe Assistant to join casual shifts across two cafes in Bay of Plenty, NZ. You will deliver excellent coffee and friendly service to residents and guests, contributing to a welcoming dining experience. You will handle FOH duties, cash handling, cabinet food prep, and assist with stock orders and shift setup/pack down while maintaining hygiene standards.
