We seek a deputy principal who is passionate about our why and committed to providing the very best learning opportunities for our tamariki and our kaiako. This pivotal role involves four days of classroom teaching alongside a leadership focus on pastoral care through a PP4L (Positive Practice for Learning) lens. We seek a teacher and leader who demonstrates māia (bravery) in their pedagogy, manaaki (care) for our community, and a deep commitment to ako (learning). The successful candidate will: Excel at building and maintaining positive relationships with all students and whānau Lead school-wide PP4L initiatives and pastoral care systems. Display a strong commitment to uplifting Te Reo me ona Tikanga Māori. Possess a proven track record of implementing the refreshed curricula.
