About the Role The CCDM ProjectSupport Coordinator plays an important role in supporting the effectivedelivery of the Care Capacity Demand Management programme across our district.You will help ensure our CCDM tools, data, and processes are used consistentlyand accurately to support safe staffing, high-quality care, and the wellbeingof our nursing and midwifery workforce. This includes coordinating programmeactivities, supporting governance and workstreams, and ensuring high-qualityCCDM data informs decision-making at all levels of the organisation. Working inpartnership with clinical, operational and union stakeholders, you willcontribute to FTE and roster modelling, data analysis, variance responsemanagement, and continuous quality improvement. This role requires someone whocan work confidently in complex environments, build strong relationships, andsupport services to embed CCDM as business as usual. About the Team/Service/ Location You'll be part ofthe Care Capacity Demand Management (CCDM) team, a small, collaborative groupworking across Wellington Regional Hospital, Kenepuru Hospital, RatongaRua-o-Porirua, and Hutt Hospital. The team sits within the IntegratedOperations Centre and partners closely with operational leaders, unions, andclinical teams district-wide. About you Registration as anurse or midwife, with post-graduate experience and credibility with clinicalteams. Experience incoordination, education, quality improvement, or project support roles. Strong dataliteracy - confident analysing information, spotting trends, and translatinginsights into action. Skill in buildingrelationships, facilitating groups, and supporting people through change. A flexible,solution-focused approach and confidence navigating busy, evolvingenvironments.
