About the Firm Fluid Legal Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with Young Hunter, as we undertake a search for a 2-4 PQE Civil Litigation Lawyer. Young Hunter are a medium-sized Christchurch CBD-based law firm, with a local and national client base including small to medium sized businesses, large corporations, insurance companies, and government agencies. About this Role Young Hunter have a long-established and highly regarded litigation and dispute resolution team and are true experts at resolving issues through any means - whether through negotiation, mediation, arbitration and Court. It has a strong national client base and a proven track record in complex litigation. You will work closely with a high performing team including Partners Daniel Weatherley, Megan Gall, Simon Graham and Courtney Hodgson. You will advise and represent clients on a range of civil and commercial matters such as insurance, construction issues, trusts & estates, insolvency, company disputes plus more.
