You'llbe experienced in providing support toleaders withinbusiness groups to help them achieve theirgoals andbuilding people leadership capability.You'llbeworking at pace and juggling lots of things at once,with agility toturn your mind to big picture mattersquicklyandensuring you complete HR processes. Mōu| About you You'llbring your curiosity along with relevant experience and knowledge from your HR qualificationas anend-to-endgeneralistin supportingandleadingHRissues,changeinitiatives andcontinuous improvement inHR policies and practices. You will also be: An excellent relationship manager withexperience workingwith and coaching leaders and influencingstakeholdersat all levels, including unions. Confident in your decision making and the experience to know when you need to intervene. Be able todemonstratea high levelof technicalHRcapability.Including strong skills in giving expert advice in cases such as Employment Investigations, Performance Management, and complex behaviour, attendance and medical situations. Comfortable working with high autonomy,ready to roll up your sleeves on anything that comes your way and deliver. A strong teamplayer who gets a kick out of seeing the customer succeedbecauseofyour interventions. Resilient,agileand willingtoquicklypick up new concepts. A degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a similar discipline, providing a solid foundation in HR principles and practices. Have worked within a government department or a large-scale organisation, undertaking a generalist HR role, giving HR Advice.
