Description About The Role We’re on the lookout for a Laboratory Technician to join our team in Auckland. Working in a modern, well-equipped laboratory, you’ll be responsible for preparing and analysing samples, following standard procedures, and ensuring accurate documentation and safe laboratory practices. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with laboratory experience or a science graduate looking to build their technical skills in a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities Preparing samples and solutions for analysis in line with laboratory procedures Performing chemical and instrumental analysis with attention to accuracy and timeframes Logging, labelling, and managing samples upon receipt Maintaining laboratory instruments and reporting discrepancies or stock issues Completing all documentation and test records to high-quality standards Contributing to continuous improvement through training, meetings, and feedback Following all safety, PPE, and waste disposal procedures About You The ideal candidate will possess: Bachelor of Science in Chemistry major preferred Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to follow procedures Proactive team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn Ability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced lab environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
