Mō Tēnei Tūranga Mahi / The Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and results-driven International Recruitment Officer to support the growth of our international student enrolments across India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, the GCC countries, and the Pacific region. Working closely with the Senior Regional Recruitment Manager, you will support recruitment activities through agent relationship management, student enquiry and application coordination, and market development initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive sales and administration professional with knowledge of international education recruitment and the New Zealand education sector. This is a full-time permanent role based in Auckland across our CBD and New Lynn campus. Key Responsibilities Lead generation – walk-in’s, emails, calls and CRM Develop and grow recruitment opportunities through agents, partners and direct student engagement Conduct consultations with prospective students Attend education fairs, expos, seminars and recruitment events Provide accurate programme and admission information Support international students throughout their enrolment journey Participate in orientation and induction activities Work collaboratively with academic and student support teams Maintain compliance with the Education (Pastoral Care of Tertiary and International Learners) Code of Practice Maintain accurate student and agent records within CRM systems Prepare recruitment reports Ensure all documentation and reporting are completed accurately and on time Ko koe tēnei | About you Proven experience in international student recruitment, education sales or education consultancy Experience within the New Zealand tertiary education sector. Strong administration background Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline Language Requirements*** English and Hindi, plus A second or third language from South India and/or GCC markets Candidates with multilingual capabilities and established networks within these regions will be highly regarded.
