Your Role:
Join LIC's Customer Experience team and help bring our brand to life through impactful events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
Reporting to the Communications and Brand Engagement Manager, you'll lead the planning and delivery of high-quality events that strengthen relationships with our farmer shareholders, customers, and industry stakeholders. You'll also play a key role in evolving LIC's sponsorship and partnership approach, ensuring investments align with business priorities, deliver value, and create meaningful engagement opportunities.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop initiatives that enhance LIC's reputation, support commercial outcomes, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Your Key Focus:
Event and Sponsorship Strategy, Planning and Execution: Develop and deliver events and sponsorship initiatives that support LIC's strategic priorities and deliver measurable value.
Strategic Alignment: Ensure events, sponsorships, and partnerships have clear objectives and contribute to business outcomes.
Sponsorship and Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and manage sponsorship and partnership opportunities that strengthen LIC's brand and stakeholder relationships.
Commercial and ROI Focus: Measure and evaluate performance, using insights to maximise return on investment and drive continuous improvement.
Audience and Data-Driven Engagement: Use customer insights and data to design targeted initiatives that increase participation, engagement, and impact.
Your Key Skills and Experience:
Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related discipline.
Proven experience delivering corporate events, conferences, sponsorship programmes, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to align activities to organisational goals and business outcomes.
Outstanding stakeholder management, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Commercially savvy, with experience managing budgets, contracts, and evaluating ROI.
Skilled at using customer insights and data to inform decision-making and improve engagement.
Confident presenter and brand ambassador, comfortable representing an organisation at events and industry engagements.
Exceptional project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience using event management platforms, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
