What you’ll do:\n

As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting our Finance team, leading business analysis for enhancements across our Workday platform and wider Finance systems. Working closely with Finance stakeholders, Technology teams and delivery partners, you'll turn business needs into practical solutions that create lasting value.

Some of the key responsibilities are:

• Lead business analysis for Finance and Workday initiatives from discovery through delivery
\n
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand, prioritise and define business requirements
\n
• Translate complex business needs into clear user stories, process maps and solution requirements
\n
• Work collaboratively with Technology, delivery teams and vendors to deliver successful outcomes
\n
• Coach and support other Business Analysts while contributing to continuous improvement across the BA practice
\n

What you’ll bring:\n

You will also;

• Extensive Business Analyst experience in complex enterprise environments
\n
• Experience working with Finance systems, ideally including Workday
\n
• Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills
\n
• Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments
\n
• Ability to simplify complex business problems into practical solutions
\n
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for coaching and continuous improvement.
