Job description - Outbound Sales Specialist As an Outbound Sales Specialist, you'll connect with current and prospective customers, helping them discover the right solutions while building meaningful relationships with 2degrees. Through a range of outbound sales and customer engagement campaigns, you'll play a key role in growing our customer base, creating great customer experiences and delivering strong commercial results. Your role, your journey | Te Huarahi Whakatipu Connect with current and prospective customers through outbound sales campaigns, identifying opportunities to match customers with the products and services that best meet their needs. Use customer insights and data to create meaningful sales conversations and deliver great customer experiences. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell and retain customers. Build and maintain a pipeline of future sales opportunities. Keep your product and process knowledge up to date through training, team briefings and regular communications. Continuously look for new ways to improve sales performance and customer outcomes. What you bring to the table | Ōu kaha me ōu pūkenga A passion for helping customers and delivering exceptional service. Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a contact centre environment. Strong communication and active listening skills. The ability to quickly build trust and rapport with a wide range of customers. Confidence identifying customer needs and presenting solutions that create value. A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and outcomes. A collaborative approach and the ability to build positive working relationships. Curiosity, resilience and a willingness to continuously learn and improve. Effectively identifying opportunities to retain, upsell and cross-sell customers where appropriate. Maintaining accurate customer records and timely CRM updates. Managing call activity and administrative tasks efficiently. Following legal, privacy and compliance requirements at all times. Demonstrating professionalism, reliability and strong attendance.
