Depot Assistant/Administration 5 hours per day - Mon - Fri (9:30am - 3pm) Varied depot and administration role Join a passionate team based in Fraser Cove Supporting Hospice care across our community At Waipuna Hospice, we're all about delivering specialist palliative end-of-life care across the Western Bay of Plenty. Our goal is to provide responsive, compassionate, and person-centred care to individuals living with life-limiting illnesses, often in their own homes. We have an established inpatient unit in Te Puna, and we support a large community team. We're a charity powered by passion, courage, teamwork, and community spirit. If the answer is yes, then please read on… About The Job We are looking for an organised, practical and people-focused Depot Assistant / Administrator to join our Retail Operations team. This is a diverse role that combines hands-on depot responsibilities with important administrative support. You will help process donated goods, support our volunteers, maintain a safe and organised depot environment, and assist with key administration tasks such as file management, processing stationery orders for our charity shops, reports, data entry and supporting the dispatch operator that keep our retail operations running smoothly.
