About The Role We are excited to offer a position as a Caregiver at Murray Halberg Retirement Village in Lynfield, Auckland. We have casual positions available, providing a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our residents. As a Caregiver, Your Responsibilities Will Include Developing meaningful relationships with residents and their families Following individual care plans to ensure the highest standard of care Utilizing our purpose-built care app, myRyman, to enhance care delivery Collaborating closely with your colleagues to foster a supportive team environment Requirements Proven experience in aged care within New Zealand A Level 3 or Level 4 Health & Wellbeing qualification An inherent kindness and empathy Excellent communication skills A professional, reliable, and friendly demeanor While experience in aged care is preferred, it is not a strict requirement.
