Experienced Litigation Lawyer

Halliwells – Auckland Halliwells continues to grow, and we are looking for an experienced litigation lawyer to join our Auckland office. We are seeking a lawyer with at least 3 years' PQE in litigation, ideally with experience in one or more of: Family law Civil litigation and disputes Employment law You do not need experience across all three areas - we are interested in capable litigators who enjoy advocacy, client relationships, and strategic problem-solving. About the role You will work on a broad range of matters related to your experience, but this work will include: File responsibility Preparation of filings Filing court documents Mediations, negotiations, and court appearances Advocacy and strategic advice Direct client management This is a hands-on role with strong client exposure and the opportunity to develop into a senior practitioner within the firm.
