Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu invites applications for a Chef Assistant to join the Dark Sky Project team at Lake Takapō. In this hands-on role you’ll help prepare and produce high-quality menu items under the guidance of our Head Chef while upholding manaakitanga and Ngāi Tahu values.
