EVT's Esther at QT Auckland is seeking a Junior Sommelier and Floor Manager who loves wine and leading a team. You’ll evolve the wine program, drive beverage revenue and mentor front-of-house colleagues. Ideal candidates have wine study (WSET Level 2+), premium dining experience, and the ability to guide guests through wine selections while managing service on busy nights.
