ServiceNow Devops Engineer

Location: Auckland & Wellington looking for experienced ServiceNow ITSM & ITOM Specialists to join our growing team in Auckland and Wellington, New Zealand. If you are passionate about ServiceNow development, integrations, platform administration, and delivering enterprise-scale IT solutions, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and ITOM modules. Implement and enhance Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Asset, and Knowledge Management capabilities. Configure and support ITOM solutions including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB. Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO, SCCM, and other technologies. Manage ServiceNow platform upgrades, cloning, instance performance, security, and governance. Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions. Support Agile delivery practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Experience 3 to 7 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience Strong experience with: ServiceNow ITSM ServiceNow ITOM CMDB Asset Management Knowledge Management Strong technical expertise in: JavaScript JSON XML HTML Integration Experience: REST APIs SOAP Web Services JSON-based integrations LDAP integrations Single Sign-On (SAML, OAuth) SCCM integrations MID Server configuration and administration for Discovery and integrations Familiarity with: AngularJS AJAX Apache Jelly ServiceNow Platform Experience ServiceNow instance upgrades and cloning Platform administration and governance Performance tuning and troubleshooting #J-18808-Ljbffr
